Lines radial peripheral In nevi or melanoma these represent nests of melanocytes which are actively growing . The lines radial peripheral are roughly parallel to each other. In a basal cell carcinoma they are originating from a point and represent collections of proliferating pigmented basal cells
Reed nevus
Spitz nevus Here the proliferating nests can either be streaks peripherally or clods. The example below from Dermoscopy Atlas would also fit with a Reed nevus.
