Clods White These can be milium cysts due to layered keratin within the cysts or keratin plugs in the follicular openings in discoid lupus or lichen sclerosus. Lots of conditions can have milium cysts . The common ones are listed below but even melanoma can have a rare milium cyst but never more than three!
