Dots Red

Dots Red  These are due to the tips of the dermal vascular loops in the papillary dermis. They are arranged in a serpiginous pattern in clear cell acanthoma. The pattern in psoriasis. Bowen's disease and inflamed skin can look very similar and clinical features may be better in separating out these conditions.
