Seb K  - Here they are small retention keratin cysts



Congenital nevus - Again small retention keratin cysts or milia.

Dermal nevi - Again small retention keratin cysts or milia.

Desmoplastic trichoepithelioma  - Milia often very prominent



Rarely BCCs

Very rarely Melanoma 

Actinic keratoses - Here the dots are arranged in a group of 4 looking like a 4 leaf clover. They represent keratin in the opening of a follicle. The material is most easily seen with polarising microscopy. They can also be seen in some SCCs in situ. They are called rosettes. The image below is courtesy of Greg Canning.
