Lines branched Similar to lines reticular but not forming a network pattern. They intersect but not at right angles. Similar significance though to lines reticular. Pigment in either keratinocytes or nested melanocytes or nevus cells along the rete ridges.
Tinea nigra The lines branched are not so obvious here and are made up of fungal hyphae.
