Clods Orange They represent keratin in crypts on the lesion surface. Hence they are usually seen in Seborrhoeic keratoses, Congenital nevi and some Unna's nevi but also rarely in BCCs.
Seb K - clods are a mixture of colours with white and dark brown predominant.
BCC I think the image below shows a keratin clod !
Unna's nevus Again a mixture of coloured clods. It will show the wobble sign with the dermatoscope where as a Seb k will not.
Congenital nevus Again a mixture of keratin colours for the clods.
