 Dots Blue Grey   They represent melanin in the dermis either free or in melanophages or within BCCs.

Nevus  Regression in a nevus is usually seen in the centre of the lesion or over the network lines and represents less than 10% of the lesion. In melanoma regression blue grey dots can be scattered all over it and can be seen in more than 50% of the surface area.
